We really enjoyed every detail about our very very good 1 night stay here. Late check-out was useful.

Really good experience there. Every detail was nice, check-in was good, really enjoyable. We thoroughly enjoyed to spend 2 days in executive king room. It was neat with nice touches and climate control, multi-channel TV and a work desk.

The room was brand-new with very comfy beds. The central location and exceptional staff were the highlight of this really really nice stay. The restaurant was excellent for breakfast and dinner, it had excellent dishes. The service was good, that made the hotel gorgeous place.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was very spotty.

Staff was fabulous and continental breakfast was good. They made my stay good. Room was reasonably large and large, had air conditioning, terrace and armchairs. The bathroom was luxurious and the furniture was modern. Really ideal location too close to highway.

The stay was absolutely memorable. I liked it, and I found the staff such wonderful. The food was so much delicious and there were plenty of dishes in the menu. The hotel was VERY WELL KEPT and in a central location. Also, it was right on the main road.

this hotel was vacation base for exploring mayaguez, liked it. there is restaurant west coast bistro at the premises. worth its 3 stars.

Everything was perfect overall. A flat-screen TV with cable channels, a seating area and ironing facilities in our executive queen room were realy useful during our stay. The place is 2.7 miles away from Mayaguez downtown. Liked customer service too.

Lots of food for the buffet breakfast. 3 miles away from Eugenio Maria de Hostos airport. Right place for vacation in Mayaguez❤
